黃金墨魚---Stuffed squid with salted egg
呢一個餸超簡單
連調味料都唔駛落
但就超高膽固醇 lor
偶一為之食下都 OK 嘅
墨魚 一隻
咸蛋 三個
葱花 適量
將蛋黄和葱花放入墨魚肚內用牙簽封口
蛋白放入碟中同釀好嘅墨魚一齊蒸約十二分鐘
待稍涼後墨魚切片,蛋白用叉壓碎
又幾好創意喎!
